Trade Terms & Conditions

  1. Our pricing term is Free Into Store Australian Capital cities. Surcharge shall apply for delivery to rural or country areas.

  2. Our pricing currency is the Australian Dollar.

  3. Our pricing is GST exclusive.

  4. Artwork setup cost: Nil unless we need to do creative design, redraw artwork or client.

  5. Sampling cost: sample cost shall be charged if the order does not come, and the first time sample would be free, and any subsequent samples shall be charged. All transit costs of samples shall be borne by the customers.

  6. Our pricing includes generic accessories. Surcharge shall apply for custom-made accessories.
  7. Our pricing validity period is 90 days unless with our further notice.

  8. Any requests for change after approval of the  SOT or pre-production sample shall incur additional costs and lead time.

  9. Colour printing is not colour binding. The industrial tolerance on colour variation is 5%.

  10. Replacement warranty: 45 days after delivery

  11. Lead time:
    • Peak season (Feb-May): 3 weeks after approval of SOT or PPS

    • Off-peak season: 4 weeks after approval of SOT or PPS

  12. Surcharge may apply for express delivery less than 10 days.

  13. Payment terms (very important):
    • Please fill out the credit application form before ordering from us.
    • 1st year business transactions: net 14 days after invoice date
    • 2nd year hereafter: net 30 days after invoice date

  14. Five consecutive late payments shall lead to suspension of the customer account and termination of delivery.
